JPG, PNG or WebP

Your image stays in your browser.

Your image isn't uploaded to FusionAI for editing.

How it works

  1. 1

    Open an image

Drop a JPG, PNG, or WebP. It stays in this tab.

  2. 2

    Edit

Crop, adjust, use effects, or click objects on the canvas. Zoom and pan only change the preview.

  3. 3

    Export

Choose format and optimization, then download one file. Size is calculated when you export.

Edit, then export locally

Edit the image, then set format and optimization in Export. One download applies crop, resize, adjustments, effects, conversion, and compression together. Effect presets only set those six sliders; they are not a separate export path. For batch compression or a ZIP of many files, use Compress Image. For exact width and height, use Resize Image. To change only the file type, use Convert Image.

Questions

What can I do in the Image Editor?

You can crop, rotate, flip, resize, apply adjustments and effects, convert JPEG/PNG/WebP, and optimize file size. Cropping and local edits stay in this tab. Optional Edit with AI is a separate, explicit action on the selected object.

Does FusionAI upload my image?

Local editing does not upload your file. Optional Edit with AI sends only the selected object to FusionAI’s AI service after you confirm and generate. The rest of the composition is not uploaded, and nothing is saved to your library.

How does Edit with AI work?

Select one object, then describe the change. Image and text edits use FusionAI’s existing AI capabilities and require sign-in. Simple shape and background commands such as “Make it a circle” run locally. AI editing is not a second chat app, and it is not required for crop, adjust, or export.

Will crop reduce the original file?

The original file stays on your device until you download. Crop, rotate, flip, resize, adjustments, effects, and compression are applied when you export. Zoom and pan do not change the saved file.

How is this different from Compress, Resize, or Convert?

Use the Image Editor to change composition, convert format, and optimize the download. Use Convert Image for format-only batch work, Compress Image for batch file-size work, and Resize Image for exact dimensions only.

What are effect presets?

Presets are starting points for Blur, Sharpen, Grayscale, Sepia, Vignette, and Fade. After you pick one you can still move the sliders. That becomes a Custom state. Effects are part of the image; format and compression stay in Export.

Can I add text or shapes?

Yes. Click objects on the canvas to move, resize, or rotate them. Add extra photos, shapes, text, a frame, or a watermark. Shift-click selects more than one so you can align or group. Export flattens everything; selection handles and guides are not saved.

What does Reset edits change?

Reset edits restores crop, rotation, flip, size, adjustments, effects, and composition objects. Undo can restore those edits. Reset export only restores format, optimization, quality, and target size, and it is not part of Undo.
